I have the information listed below.  Looks like she needs to speak to the
Zoning/Construction Office.  She is not the owner of this property.  I
have tried to steer her in the right direction below:

3 Certificates of Occupancy – They are all in the permits that were sent.

3 Inspections – I sent all the construction permits with all inspections

Final/Zoning – What are the conditions to restore use of the second unit? 
- Need to call Zoning Department. 399-6111x9758

Landlord Registration – Clerks Office does Landlord Registrations.

Elevator – Is this a question?  If so contact the Zoning/Construction
Department.  No Elevator permits for this property.

Per Zoning and Construction – this OPRA is complete.  Any questions should
be directed to Zoning and Construction.  They have the ordinances
regarding the information.

If the requestor is planning on purchasing the property, they should be
speaking to an architect.
