I am reaching out again, because the property is currently inhabited by five occupants and I want to verify that a continued certificate of occupancy has been granted and that the property has been registered as a rental with the Rent Control Office and the Municipal Clerk’s Office for Landlord Registration.

In regards to your recently submitted OPRA request, attached please find
the response from our Housing Bureau.

                                         

The Building Bureau has advised “a Certificate of Occupancy was applied
for on March 9, 2020 for a resale.”

 

This concludes the City’s response to your request. Your OPRA request is
