Copies of every Certificate of Occupancy granted, along with copies of the applications filed for said Certificates of Occupancies, for the property located at 250 Seeley Ave (block 71 lot 13) for the period from 2015 to 2022. The information requested should include copies of Certificate of Occupancies for both the property owner and the tenant of the property.

2.) Copies of every rental license and application for rental license for the property located at 250 Seeley Ave (block 71 lot 13) for the period from 2015 to 2022.
