Please provide us with the total amount of fees collected from outside employment vendors for the following catagories 1) Old Bridge Administrative Fee 2) Social Security Fee 3) Car Fee

The Township of Old Bridge received an Open Public Records Act (OPRA)
request on 5/10/2022. As such, the seven (7) business day deadline to
respond to your request is 5/20/2022.
The request was for: “Total amount of fees collected from outside
employment vendors for the following categories:
1. Old Bridge Administrative Fee 2) Social Security Fee 3) Car Fee
Please provide us with the requested fees for the years 1-1-14 to 5-1-22.”
Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1.1 it has been determined that this request
does not qualify as a document request pursuant to the OPRA laws and the
definition thereof. This governmental custodian is not required to conduct
research, analyze, collate, compile and/or correlate data from existing
governmental records. A blanket request for all documents is not a
document request pursuant to OPRA and existing case law. Pursuant to MAG
Entertainment, LLC v Div. of Alcoholic Beverage Control, 375 N.J. Super.
534, 868A2d 1067 (App. Div. 2005), and Bent 381 NJ Super 30. Under OPRA,
agencies are required to disclose only “identifiable” governmental
documents not otherwise exempt. Wholesale requests for general information
which have to be collated, analyzed and compiled by the entity are not
required. Therefore, I respectfully deny your request at this time.
If your request for access to a government record has been denied or
unfilled within the seven (7) business days required by law, you have a
right to challenge the decision by the Township of Old Bridge to deny
access. At your option, you may either institute a proceeding in the
Superior Court of New Jersey or file a complaint with the Government
Records Council (GRC) by completing the Denial of Access Complaint Form.
You may contact the GRC by toll-free telephone at 866-850-0511, by mail at
P.O. Box 819, Trenton, NJ, 08625, by e-mail at [1][email address], or
