As the official Records Custodian, I received this request on July 26, 2021. As such, the seven (7) business day deadline to respond to your request is August 4, 2021. Your OPRA request seeks the following records:
Electronic copies of emails between Chris Kaufman, [email address]/and or [email address] and the following:

Mike Massenzio
Possible key words anywhere in the subject or body of the email are "resume" and/or "coach" and/or "RHS" and/or "wrestling" but are not limited to these words.
As Mr. Kaufman has already demonstrated in another response on the website that he uses his personal email account for board business, even sending communications between his personal and board accounts, I am justified in requesting his personal email account as a source for these emails.

Your request is invalid under OPRA Specifically, there is no date range for the record you have requested. Absent a specific date or range of dates, a request is overly broad and invalid. See Love v. Spotswood Police Department, GRC Complaint No. 2014-223 (May 2015). Accordingly, please re-submit your request to identify a date range for the records you are seeking so that the District may conduct a search.
