Good Afternoon,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA (Open Public Records Act) and the common law right of access to public records. Under OPRA case law, I am not required to fill out an official form.

Please, provide me the following by email.

1.) Central New Jersey JIF (Joint Insurance Fund) settlements made on behalf of Edison Township from 2021 to present.

2.) Central New Jersey JIF legal fee payments made on behalf of Edison Township from 2021 to present.

3.) Central New Jersey JIF premiums and assessments for coverage incurred by Edison Township from 2018 to present.

4.) All documents and emails from Central Jersey JIF discussing future assessments of Edison Township.

5.) All documents and emails from Central Jersey JIF discussing future premium increases for Edison Township.

Please acknowledge receipt of this request by email, once received. As dictated by law, I anticipate my request will be fulfilled within 7 business days and by 5/22/24.
