I need a copy of all cell phone records for phones paid by Delran Fire District, with a detailed bill from Jan 1 2020 to March 1 2020.

I also need to know if anyone (Names) is being reimbursed for their personal cell phones being used instead of a district issued cell phone.

The Delran Fire District is publicly funded by tax payer money, therefore the records request for all cell phones call records from the dates provided is a valid OPRA request. The account the Delran Fire District uses is labeled as a government cell phone account according to the cellular rep. You must download the cell phone call records (clarifying, just the cell phone calls placed and received, not SMS or MMS) between Jan 1 2020 to March 1 2020.

Also, as requested at the start, everyone who is issued a fire district issued cell phone is required by law to provider their First and Last name along with the cell phone number publicly as its paid with tax payers dollars.
