I am requesting the meeting minutes for the public meetings to discuss CDBG funding that took place in council chambers on Feb 18th, 2016 at 5:30 pm as well as the meeting that took place on April 7th, 2016 at 5:00 pm to discuss the 2016 draft Annual Action Plan. The meetings were advertised in the Courier Post on Feb 3 of 2016. I am also seeking the agenda for both meetings as well.

Triad (Alex Curio) is the Grants/CDBG Consultant for the Township of Gloucester. I reached out to him in reference to your response to the correspondence sent and will forward any other documentation he has in reference to your original request. I must inform you, however the response Mr. Curio gave showing no attendants which resulted in no minutes fulfills the OPRA request at this time.

Minutes are not only required if there are comments from the public. Something must have taken place on those two days to either approve or disapprove the grants. Please read the rules on minute requirements for CDBG meetings.
