Dear Feher, Robert,

I am seeking the handbook that would show a city such as Camden the requirements of how to handle the CDBG process, such as how they hold public meetings and the requirements of how they are held. My main question is very simple, at the 2 publicly held meetings that Camden holds to discuss the grantees applications, are minutes required as they are in any other public meeting?
