Dear Jersey City OPRA Center,
The accident occurred on September 23, 2021 between 9:30 and 9:45 at the traffic light at truck route 1&9 and Duncan Avenue. A Tyson chicken truck was in the middle of the intersection when the light turned red. The truck backed out of the intersection and into the front of my car. The police were not called, information was exchanged. The Tyson driver told his employer that I hit him. I would like whatever you may have (CCTV) coverage or anything that may show that the Tyson truck backed into the front end of my car. I would like to submit this to Tyson so that I can get the damage on my car fixed.
