Dear Edison Township,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

I am seeking all Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs) between the Township of Edison and the Edison Superior Officers Association covering the period of 2022 through 2025.

As a matter of clarity, the Collective Bargaining Agreements can begin before 2022 and/or extend past 2025 as long as they cover the time period of 2022 through 2025.

I am also seeking all Memorandums of Agreement (MOA) between the Township of Edison and the Edison Superior Officers Association for collective negotiations agreements (CNAs) covering the period of 2022 through 2025.

As a matter of clarity, the Memorandums of Agreement can begin before 2022 and/or extend past 2025 as long as they cover the time period of 2022 through 2025.
