Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.

I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.

I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.

I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.

Records requested:

Please provide all current and active collective bargaining agreements (CBAs) between the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office and any employee unions, including but not limited to Assistant Prosecutors, Investigators, Detectives, and administrative staff.
Under OPRA (N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq.), I request all current and active collective bargaining agreements (CBAs) between the Monmouth County Division of Social Services and any bargaining units or employee associations representing its staff.
Pursuant to OPRA (N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq.), I request copies of all current and active collective bargaining agreements (CBAs) between the Monmouth County Library System and any employee unions or associations.
Pursuant to OPRA (N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq.), I am requesting all current and active collective bargaining agreements (CBAs) between the Monmouth County Department of Public Works & Engineering and any unions or bargaining units representing its employees (e.g., Teamsters, AFSCME, IUOE, etc.).
Under the Open Public Records Act (N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq.), I request copies of all current and active collective bargaining agreements (CBAs) between the Monmouth County Health Department and any labor unions or employee associations representing Health Department employees.
All current and active collective bargaining agreements (CBAs) between the Monmouth County Sheriff’s Office and any unions, employee associations, or bargaining units representing Sheriff’s Office employees.
This includes, but is not limited to, contracts covering sworn officers (PBA, SOA, FOP), corrections officers, communications/dispatch personnel, and civilian staff.
Please provide the records electronically (PDF) via email.
If any portion of this request is denied, please cite the specific exemption relied upon as required under N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5(g) and include a privilege log.
