Dear Civil Service Commission,

Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.

I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.

I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.

I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.

Final Decisions and Orders:

All final decisions and orders issued by the Civil Service Commission regarding the termination and reinstatement of Officers Norhan Mansour, Omar Polanco, Mackenzie Reilly, Montavious Patten, and Richie Lopez of the Jersey City Police Department.

Parties' Submissions:
Executive summaries or briefs submitted by both the appellants (the aforementioned officers) and the respondents (Jersey City) outlining their primary arguments.

Documentation from the Office of Administrative Law (OAL):
Any records, including initial decisions, hearing transcripts, or related materials, received from the OAL pertaining to the cases of the aforementioned officers, in accordance with N.J.A.C. 1:1-3.3, which stipulates the return of transmitted cases to the originating agency.

Additionally please provide all case numbers in relation to these Officer's cases and copies of any scheduled proceeding dates
