Dear Camden County Prosecutor's Office,
Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.
I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.
I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.
I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.

I request any and all records related to Camden County Court Case Number 2006-4926, including incident reports, investigative materials, arrest and charging documents, audio/video recordings, photographs, witness statements, internal communications, and any related or supplemental records.
If any portion is exempt, please provide the remainder with appropriate redactions and cite the specific statutory exemption. Electronic delivery is preferred. Please advise of any applicable fees prior to processing.
My preferred delivery method for response(s) to this request is by E-mail as attachments. Please confirm you have received this request. If you are not the custodian of records, please forward my request to that person and provide their email address to me for future reference.

Please allow this to confirm that the OPRA Custodian of the Camden County Prosecutor’s Office received your OPRA request on Friday, January 9, 2026. Pursuant to OPRA, the response period begins on the next business day after receipt, which is today, Monday, January 12, 2025.
We need to ask for clarification, please. With the case number you provided, we are not able to locate a case in our system. Would you provide us with any other information you have about the case for which you seek information, such as the municipality where the incident happened, police department, suspect and/or charged person's name, and/or type of incident (i.e. - car accident, burglary, etc.), please.
We would appreciate if you would respond to this request for clarification no later than Thursday, January 15, 2026. If we do not receive clarification by the end of the OPRA response period, we will consider this request closed.
