Dear Ocean County Prosecutor's Office,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
I am requesting information of two arrests and any court decisions (guilty/not guilty) in regards to Court Case number 17003402 and court case number 18001021 as it pertains to a Nicholas J Jandik. I am also requesting any and all related information (if allowed to be disclosed) as to the outcome of Mr. Jandik's two arrests on of which was April 13, 2018 in Manchester NJ and the other was October 6 2017 Manchester NJ.
