Case Data in K-12 Schools
Dear New Jersey Department of Health, Division of Epidemiology, Environmental, and Occupational Health,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
1. Weekly or Monthly data relating to the number of reported Covid cases in unvaccinated staff members of K-12 institutions after the vaccine or testing executive order was imposed (October 18, 2021) until present.
2. Weekly or Monthly data relating to the number of reported Covid cases in vaccinated staff members of K-12 institutions after the same date range above.
3. Documentation of the procedural process of how results are reported to the health department for both Staff Members and students.

Thank you for your response. The Dashboard does not provide an accurate breakdown of weekly tested individuals and their test results. I'd like to see how many weekly tested individuals have tested positive by month or week. Whatever is easiest. Thank you.
