2. I seek all Body-Worn Camera Footage and audio communication recordings for any police officers involved for the above incident.
3. Please provide all dash camera footage and audio communication for any police car involved for the above incident.
4. Any and all radio transmissions between police dispatch and any officers involved for the above incident.
5. Any and all cell phone calls/phone calls between police dispatch and any officers involved for the above incident.
6. A list of all police officers and their badge numbers who were on scene for the above incident.

Good Morning,
I apologize you are having issues with the websites we have provided. I am able to burn the body worn cameras onto 2 (due to size of file) CD disks for a fee of $1.00 per disk which totals $2.00 (cash or check) at time of pick up.
Please confirm you would like to have these videos burned onto disks and we will have them ready for pickup by the end of business day.
Also, please be advised I have confirmed with the Police Department , no dash cam videos were recorded for the requested case number.
