4. A list of street addresses of residential properties with Fire damage, overgrown grass, overgrown weeds, junk, boarded houses/windows, vacant properties.
5. A list of street addresses of residential properties listed as condemned
6. A list of street addresses of residential properties currently listed with water shut-off notice
7. A list of street addresses of residential properties with notices of abatement

With regard to your request, I will process the portion for tax sales & abatements to our tax department. Please see below for the remainder of your request.
*When was the last Tax sale - We do not answer questions under OPRA.
#3: We do not answer questions under OPRA.
#4: The Borough does not keep a vacant property list. The system we use does not generate lists for "Fire Damage", "Overgrown grass" or any other violations as it must be searched by address and we are not required to conduct "searches" under OPRA.
#5: The Borough does not keep a list of Condemned properties.
#6: The Borough does not supply water, Middlesex Water Co. does. The Borough does not keep a list of "water Shutoffs notices".
