Jon Salonis the carteret communications director is the originator and has been an administrator of the page. Therefore the page was opened for the borough , for the purposes of relaying information by Jon Salonis communications director. Tax dollars are being used to operate carteret nj news and events facebook page. Kindly forward the blocked list.
