Candidate petitions submitted for the June 6, 2023 primary election. Asking that petitions be provided as PDF files, if possible. Please provide timely as this is an election matter with deadlines imminent.

This OPRA request has been received on Thursday, March 30, 2023. It will
be reviewed and processed. A response will be sent within seven (7)
business days after the City's custodian of records receives the request.
Please note that a proper OPRA request must identify with reasonable
clarity the records desired. OPRA submissions which request all of an
agency's documents, seek information (and not records), or ask questions
are not proper requests. See Bent v. Stafford Police Department, 381 N.J.
Super. 30, 37 (App. Div. 2005). In addition, record custodians are not
required to conduct research or create new records in response to an OPRA
request. You will be notified if your OPRA request requires clarification
or is non-conforming.
