Under OPRA and the common law right of access, please provide copies of all partisan candidate petitions filed for municipal offices, and county committee, in your municipality.

Good Morning,
I will have my staff work on copying the petitions for you today.
There are a few that I am waiting for “corrections” to be made and in accordance with NJSA 19:23-20 they have up to 3 days to amend the petitions filed.
Do you want copies of those petitions, as I may not be able to qualify them up until they come in to amend what was filed or do you want them when and if they come in?
Also - Do you want physical copies or scanned copies?
