Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. Records requested: I am requesting to obtain all body-cam footage, dash-cam footage from police vehicles, and any incident reports pertaining to the following incident.

Police arrested 39-year-old Kenneth Nelson of Rockville NY and 68-year-old Kenneth Nelson Sr. also of Rockville NY, for stealing about $1,674 of merchandise from the Lowe’s Home Improvement located at 297 Route 72 West.
