Camera Footage and Report
Dear Lacey Township,
Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-5(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.
I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.
I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.
I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.

Written incident report, CAD record and Body camera footage from the call on Friday April 17th starting approximately at 10 - 10:30 am regarding the police response at 127 Lakeside Dr E Forked River, NJ 08731

attached Notice of Special Service Charge. As noted in
the document, kindly respond in writing with your
acceptance or rejection of this estimated charge. We
will not begin to process this request until we receive
your written acceptance and 50% of the required fee.
If we do not receive your written acceptance and 50% of
the required fee within 7 business days of this
message, we will not complete this portion of this
request.
An additional postage of $1.63 is required if you would
like the USB mailed to you.
Payment can be made via cash or check. A check can be
made out to Lacey Township. You can bring your payment
to the Clerk's Office or mail it to the address below.
An additional fee of $3 (for the cost of a CD or

Dear Lacey Township NJ Public Records,
Thanks for the quick reply. I can see the request on the new website but nothing else. No estimate for the extensive research involved and no document that’s been released. I haven’t had time to look into what I may be missing.
I’ll look at it later on a computer to try and see where it is but so far I see 0 documents listed.

Neither the document or the estimated charges for research are available here or on the links you have listed. There’s some kind of error. Would you be willing to try again? Or should I perhaps create an account on the linked area and resubmit. Not sure what’s going to be the easiest for yall.
