Camera Footage and crosswalk settings

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Wildwood City should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Frank J. McBride, Jr.

Dear Mr. Wood,

I request here records persuant to my rights under the New Jersey Open Public Records Act and/or Common Law.

I seek video and audio camera footage from the officers or their dashboard cameras responding to an accident on Friday, September 24, 2021 between 6:45AM and 7:15AM. The accident occurred at Park Boulevard and Rio Grande Avenue. My daughter-in-law, Deborah Blissick, was involved. Would you kindly place them on a USB Flash Drive for in-person pick up? I will gladly pay the cost of the flash drive. Our computers phased out DVD drives some time ago.

Also, if you have the camera footage from the cameras mounted above the intersection for the same time period, I would like those on a USB drive as well. I would like any records that show if the walk button being pressed during the same period. I would like any records that show the time interval settings for the traffic lights and pedestrian signals at this intersection. If the city does not have these records, would you please kindly provide me the name and contact information for the authority in custody of these records? This way, I can make my records request there.

Sincerely,

Frank J. McBride
