Dear Winslow Township,

Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.

Dear Mr. Michael,

Regarding your OPRA request attached, there will be a special service
charge of approximately $2,925.00.

There are 18 motor vehicle accidents during the time frame requested of
07/1/25 to 7/7/25. The BWC footage recordings range from 18 minutes  to 11
hours, and there maybe be videos from multiple officers for the same event
which would require an additional cost.  Review and redaction for these
incidents will take approximately 90 hours. SLEO II Dogostino the
Township's designated Redaction Dissemination Officer is the lowest level
employee capable of conducting these reviews and redactions. His hourly
rate is $32.50.

$32.50 x 90 = $2,925.00
