Due to the length of the videos a fee of $150.00 will be imposed for the
production of the body worn camera video, 50% of which is due prior to any
review taking place. Please advise the requestor of the special service
fee associated with the request and let us know when the $75.00 is
received so that we can proceed. Additionally, we are unable to email body
camera footage. The footage, upon completion, can be mailed to the
requestor at their expense or picked up at borough hall. Please let me
know how you would like to proceed.

Dear Merchantville Borough,

Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA
and the common law right of access.  I am not required to fill out an
