Pursuant to the New Jersey Open Public Records Act (OPRA), N.J.S.A.
47:1A-1 et seq., regarding the following records related to the incident
involving 1551 Dill Avenue, Apartment 1006, on August 13, 2025.
You requested electronic copies via email or secure download. 
Please be advised that the Linden Housing Authority has no information
regarding the Linden Housing Corporation Camera footage and please direct
your request for information to the correct entity, the Linden Housing
Corporation.

• In New Jersey, OPRA governs access to state/local public record,
however, because the Linden Housing Corporation is a non-profit and
not subject to OPRA, you can still request information through the
common-law rights of access:

• Please send the preservation/production directive to the Linden
Housing Corporation to preserve the footage ; and
• Request records voluntarily or via counsel, and, if necessary,
pursue disclosure under the common-law right of access or through
discovery if litigation ensues.

Dear Linden Housing Authority,

Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA
and the common law right of access.  I am not required to fill out an
official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request
per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including
all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place
of a completed form as a valid government record request.

I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New
Jersey, any other state, or the United States.

I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.

I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.

Footage of property damage at 1551 Dill Ave Apt  1006 , on 8 13 2025 , I’m
asking all videos be shared with myself and the linden housing
