Dear Camden Redevelopment Agency,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

Documentation of the transfer or sale and any and all consideration paid for any and all parcels of land at or near the Camden Waterfront (south of the Ben Franklin Bridge only) that are or were owned by the City of Camden Redevelopment Agency and transferred to any party since January 1, 2015, including specifically any parcels designated as part of the Agency’s Development & Option Agreement (including amendments) with the NJEDA.

All internal and external communications regarding the aforesaid land transfers and any consideration paid.
