Dear Municipal authority,
Please send me a list of properties with current code violations, properties with delinquent taxes over $4,000 , and all properties that are currently vacant.

Attached please find the information requested under OPRA.
The Housing Bureau has advised that housing inspections violations records
are hand written by property address, so they do not have a way to
retrieve a listing of specific violations as mentioned in the request.
Per Prochamps “As requested, please see the attached report for properties
that are currently registered and that have been reported as vacant in the
PROHCAMPS database. Please be advised that at this time, there is no
history of violation(s) being submitted for the City of Camden in the
PROCHAMPS database.”
Per the City’s Building Bureau they did not find anything on record for
the following addresses:
123 Linden Ave.
405 N. 2^nd St.
414 N. 2^nd St.
516 N. 2^nd St.
This concludes the City’s Response.
