I am interested in records beginning January 1, 2020 to the present specific to each address, but without revealing any personally-identifiable health information. Documents could include audio recordings, phone call transcripts, event chronologies, incident reports, and other documents related to the 911 calls and medical services response.
If this is not the appropriate place to send such a request, please identify the organization which serves as the Public Service Answering Point for the 911 emergency medical response calls in your area. If any other agency or organization also maintains any such records related to each of these emergency medical services, please identify the agency or organization, and the responsible person to whom I could address a similar request.
