Calls for service data analysis
Dear Buena Borough,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
Councilman Joseph D'Allessandro, during a meeting between himself, borough solicitor and two fire commissioners for Fire District #1 made reference that the Landisville Volunteer Fire Company has a calls for service/failure to respond rate of 40%. Meaning that the fire company failed to respond to 40% of their dispatched calls for service.
I respectfully request copies, via the Open Public Records Act, of any and all documentation, reports, emails, and correspondence, physical and electronic, that Councilman D'Allessandro used to rely upon to make that statement. Furthermore, I request copies of all emails, and reports that Councilman D'Alessandro communicated that statement with Mayor Zappariello and other members of borough council.
Regards,
Robert James

pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1. In addition, these reports were not
communicated via email or in any other manner to Mayor Zappariello nor
with any other members of council.
Best,
Pam
