Any and all computer aided dispatch records (including call notes and short summaries) where Police Chief Samuel DiSimone (or his badge number) is somehow associated with the record (for example, but not limited to, any calls in which he is listed as the caller, as a primary officer, as a backup officer, as a victim, as a complainant, etc.).

Please include all such calls from January 1, 2014 to December 31, 2017 during the hours of 6:00am and 10:00am.
