Call Data for Robbinsville Police in Responding at Warehouses
Dear Robbinsville Township,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
1. How many police calls have come from Robbinsville warehouses in each of the last five years? This is an update of a statistic offered by Mayor Fried a number of years ago in relation to an Upper Freehold warehouse proposal.
2. How many times have Robbinsville Police been dispatched to Robbinsville warehouses in each of the last five years?
3. What crimes have occurred at Robbinsville warehouse in each of the last five years?

With regard to your OPRA request, we are unable to pull police reports using keyword "warehouse". We would need to have exact addresses in order to find what you are seeking. We would also need more exact dates from you. Are you looking for 2016-2020?
Please clarify your request and provide the property address an incident happened at, and we can search by that field. Other ways we can search is by exact date of an incident, name of parties that are involved in an incident, or incident numbers. However, the reports don't typically contain the word "warehouse" so that makes it unsearchable for us.

Thank you for your prompt response. These are helpful. Please see my clarifications below:
1. Yes, if you have 2016-2020 data, that would be ideal.
2. I am looking for data that includes: Applegate Drive, New Canton Way, Montgomery Way, John Henry Drive, West Manor Way and Gordon Road. If it is possible to segregate West Manor Way and Gordon Road to the east side of the New Jersey Turnpike, that would be perfect-- and if not, I'll take all the data for those two roadways.

I spoke with our police department and they need exact addresses in order to do a search. For example, you'd need to provide the street address such as 50 New Canton Way. Please provide those exact addresses and we can run the reports.

A couple more questions for you.
441 Gordon is a group home, not a warehouse. I double checked with our Tax Assessor and he said no warehouses in Robbinsville have a Gordon Road Address, it looks like farms and residential houses. Do you still want 441 Gordon police reports?
Also, The police asked if you want traffic stops included, such as speeding?
Lastly, they asked if you want the information about when the police are hired by the warehouses during busy times to direct traffic.
