2. I seek all Body-Worn Camera Footage and Audio communication recordings for any police officers-involved for the above incident on 10-25-2017 at 225 Oak Avenue Toms River, NJ 08753 approximately 8:25pm.
3. Please provide all dash camera footage and Audio communication for any police car involved for the above incident on 10-25-2017 at 225 Oak Avenue Toms River, NJ 08753 approximately 8:25pm.
4. Any and all radio transmissions between police dispatch and any officers involved for the above incident on 10-25-2017 at 225 Oak Avenue Toms River, NJ 08753 approximately 8:25pm.
5. Any and all cell phone calls/phone calls between police dispatch and any officers involved for the above incident that happened on 10-25-2017 at 225 Oak Avenue Toms River, NJ 08753 approximately 8:25pm.
6. A copy of the 911 call and/or call to the police dispatch from 10-25-17 approximately at 8:25pm about a suspicious person.
