3. Please provide all dash camera footage from the above incident that occurred on 10-17-2017 where police was called for a Suspicious Person.
4. A copy of the 911 call or call to the police dispatch from 10-17-2017 approximately at 12:10pm about a suspicious person.
5. A copy of all Standard Operating Procedures from the Lacey Township Police Department that are active as of 10-1-2017

The Township of Lacey has no body worn cameras on our officers and No
dash or in car cameras.
Please accept this email as a follow up to your OPRA request dated
October 31, 2017 whereas one of the items you are requesting is the
Standard Operating Procedures from the Lacey Township Police Dept. An
extension of time to comply with your request is necessary, due to an
extraordinary volume of SOP's that need to be review to determine if
there is sensitive material that needs to be redacted or withheld in
accordance with OPRA exemptions. The revised date to comply with your
request and provide the records responsive to same will be on or
before December 4, 2017 (4 week extension). Pursuant to NJSA 47:1A-5i,
OPRA allows custodians to seek extensions of time within the statutorily
mandated seven (7) business day compliance rule.

The Lacey Twp Police Department relies on numerous directives,
manuals, orders and rules and regulations that together are our daily
standard operating procedures.
There are thousands of pages to be reviewed, redacted and copied if you
are requesting all procedures. Can you please provide more details of
what you are precisely requesting and what you mean by
operating procedures. Is there a specific procedures or procedures you are
looking for?
As you are aware we asked for the extension of time until december 4th and
if we can narrow down the request, we may be able to comply in an earlier
time frame
