4. Please provide all dash camera footage and audio communication for any police car involved for the above incident on 4-30-2019 at 150 Mercer St Hightstown, NJ 08520
approximately 16:13 military time.

5. Any and all radio transmissions between MCCD dispatch and any officers involved for the above incident on 4-30-2019 at 150 Mercer St Hightstown, NJ 08520 approximately 16:13 military time.

6. Any and all cell phone calls/phone calls between MCCD dispatch and any officers involved for the above incident that happened on 4-30-2019 at 150 Mercer St Hightstown, NJ 08520
approximately 16:13 military time.

7. A copy of any and all cell phone texts between MCCD dispatch and any officers involved for the above incident that happened on 4-30-2019 at 150 Mercer St Hightstown, NJ 08520
approximately 16:13 military time.

8. A copy of the 911 call and/or call to the MCCD dispatch that occurred on 4-30-2019 approximately at 16:13 military time about a suspicious person for the above incident that happened at 150 Mercer St Hightstown, NJ 08520.

Pursuant to your OPRA Request of May 8, 2019, attached please find the
records your requested.  Please be advised for request #4, Dash camera
footage is available on DVD.  Unfortunately, the file is too large to
email but a dvd is available for you to pick up for a charge of $5.00. 
Pursuant to Hightstown Borough Code, Duplication of video tapes
constitutes an extraordinary duplication process and will be charged at
the rate of $5.00 per video tape.  You may pick up the dvd during normal
business hours, 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
