Records requested from the Robbinsville Police Department:

1. CAD report involving the arrest of Franklin (Frank) Marusky, on December 19, 2023. The arrest took place at Dollar Tree located at 1091 Washington Blvd in Robbinsville.

2. Copies of all officers’ body cam footage that were present at the scene of the call and arrest.

3. Copies of bodycam access logs for video from all officer bodycams that were present at the scene and arrest.
