(“NHRFR”).  On November 23, 2020, NHRFR received your November 21, 2020
request for records pursuant to the New Jersey Open Public Records Act
(“OPRA”) and the common law. 

You requested “1. Computer Aided Dispatch Report of the call received
[and] 2. NFIRS Fire Incident Report (all completed modules) for a fire
that occurred at 103 Westover Place, Unit 5, West New York, NJ, on
November 18, 2020.”
