The County of Passaic (“County”) received a request for government records
from you on November 21, 2024. Specifically, you requested the following:

"Under OPRA/FOIA/Public Records laws, I am requesting the following
documents:

CAD Detail Reports with Officer narratives from 11/08/2024 to 11/15/2024."

Currently, your request fails to identify with reasonable clarity the
specific government records sought, as is required by Bent v. Stafford
Police Department, 381 N.J.Super. 30, 37 (App. Div.  2005). At this time,
we request clarification of your OPRA request.  Please respond in writing
and identify the specific government records sought so that we may process
your request. Failure to provide written clarification of your request
will result in the closure of this OPRA request.

If you would like for the County to proceed with your request, please
provide clarifications within ten (10) days from 11/21/2024. Otherwise,
the County will consider your request withdrawn.

You may provide a response to the County by any of the following methods:

1. Via the Passaic County, NJ OPRA Portal

2. By email to [email address];

3. By facsimile to (973) 881-2853;  

4. By regular mail to County of Passaic, Deputy County Administrator Marc
E. Seemon, 401 Grand Street, Room 205, Paterson, New Jersey 07505; or

5. Via telephone at (973) 881-4405. 

Upon receipt of your clarification, the County will further respond to
your OPRA request, as required by law, including providing you with an
estimate of costs associated with producing the requested records.
