Good afternoon,

 

The Township of Weehawken (the “Township”) is in receipt of your recent
Open Public Records Act (“OPRA”) request.  As per said request and on
behalf of the Township Clerk please be advised a DVD containing the BWC
video footage responsive to your OPRA Request is currently available for
pick up at the Township Clerk’s Office, 400 Park Avenue, Weehawken, New
Jersey 07086 between 9:00AM - 3:30PM.  The fee for the CD will be $5.00
payable to the Township of Weehawken.  Please note there are no other
identifiable government records responsive to the remainder of your
request as written. 

 

Therefore, at this time your request shall be deemed fulfilled should said
CD not be retrieved within the next 7 days your request shall be closed,.
