Specifically No. 1 - Privacy Interest - "a public agency has a responsibility and an obligation to safeguard from public access a citizen's personal information with which it has been entrusted when disclosure thereof would violate the citizen's reasonable expectation of privacy." And
No. 20 – Personal Identifying Information. Specifically:
Body Worn Camera video was redacted for mobile data terminal, officer notepad, driver's license information, home addresses, and ambulance interior
