Description: Suzanne Stoms, a 48-year-old school bus driver for the Clayton Public School District, was arrested for DUI, endangering the welfare of a child, and other moving violations after being pulled over with 23 elementary school students on board. Her blood-alcohol level was above the legal limit for school bus drivers, and she failed a field sobriety test.
