Incident Type: Motor vehicle crash with injuries / DWI arrests

Involved Individuals:
Lina Garcia, 37, Elizabeth, NJ – charged with hindering apprehension, issued summons for seatbelt violation, released on summons

Edwyn Macelus, 37, Nanuet, NY – charged with three counts of assault by auto, hindering apprehension, multiple traffic violations; refused sobriety test; released per John’s Law

and possession of drug paraphernalia Incident Description: On August 7,
2025, at approximately 5:50 p.m., Police Officer Frank Losurdo
responded to CVS, 59 Washington St., on reports of an individual
harassing customers trying to get inside the store, even after
employees asked her to leave several times. Police Officer Alexander
Miller also responded. The individual was identified as 48-year-old
Stacy Butler of Hoboken, and she continued her disorderly behavior by
screaming and yelling at people walking by. Specifically, I am
requesting the following only if minimal redactions are required: All
body camera footage from officers present at or responding to the
incident. All dash camera footage from patrol vehicles present at or
responding to the incident. All CCTV footage related to the incident.
Incident reports, arrest reports, investigation notes, witness
statements, and any associated documentation related to this case.
