I am requesting BWC footage from the following incident:

05/08/2025 12:20 am – Officers John Francin & John Rikowich responded to a motor vehicle accident involving a car that struck a tree & rolled over. Upon arrival they observed an unknown male attempting to urinate on a tree near the accident scene. Further investigation revealed he was the driver of the vehicle. He displayed visible signs of impairment, had slurred speech & the odor of alcohol emanating from his breath. He was taken into custody & transported to police headquarters where he failed field sobriety tests. He provided samples of his breath for chemical testing which showed he had a B.A.C. of .21%, which is more than twice the legal limit. The vehicle was impounded under John’s Law for a mandatory 12-hour period & the 25-year-old from Bergenfield was issued summonses for DWI, reckless driving, careless driving and disorderly conduct. He was subsequently released to the custody of a relative without incident.
