Officers conducted a motor vehicle stop in the area of Springfield Avenue and East Broad Street which resulted in the arrest of Kathleen Morales for Driving While Intoxicated. Morales was transported to Westfield Police Department Headquarters where she was processed and subsequentially released to a sober adult.
