BWC Footage Request
Dear Glen Rock Borough,
Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.
I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.
I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.

I am requesting BWC Footage from the following incident:
06-06-2025 - 10:48 PM – P.O. Nick Onove was dispatched to a citizen’s report of an erratic driver operating a vehicle on Lincoln Avenue in the area of Wellesley Road. The officer subsequently located the vehicle parked on Wellesley Road occupied by a male subject who was slumped forward inside the vehicle and found to be asleep with drug paraphernalia on his lap. The officer initiated a field contact and subsequently found
the actor to be in possession of 5 bundles (50 wax baggies) of Heroin. Luis R. Cruz Valenzuela, age 31, of Spring Valley, NY, was arrested and charged with Possession of CDS – Heroin N.J.S.A. 2C:35-10A and Possession of Narcotics Paraphernalia N.J.S.A. 2C:36-2. The actor was transported to Police HQ where he was processed and released on his own recognizance pending an appearance before Central Judicial Processing at the Superior Court in Hackensack. He was also issued a motor vehicle summons for Possession of CDS in a Motor Vehicle N.J.S.A. 39:4-49.1.
