I am requesting all body-worn camera and squad car footage, as well as the full incident report regarding the arrest of Andrew A Lopez, who was charged with Criminal Trespass, Throwing Bodily Fluid at Law Enforcement, Possession of Controlled Substances, Use of Drug Paraphernalia, and Disorderly Conduct on March 7, 2024, in Essex County, New Jersey.

If there are any fees for searching or copying these records, please inform me prior to fulfilling the request if the cost will exceed $30. However, I would also like to request a waiver of all fees, as the disclosure of the requested information is in the public interest and will contribute significantly to the public’s understanding of incidents involving law enforcement interaction.

If any aspects of this request are denied, please cite each specific exemption you feel justifies the refusal to release the information and notify me of the appeal procedures available under the law.
