Under N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq., I request BWC recordings related to the search warrant execution and arrest of Kenneth Vaughn, 35, of Peapack, NJ, on Tuesday, August 26, 2025, at Vaughn's residence and vehicle, by Somerset County Prosecutor's Office Special Investigations Unit detectives and Somerville Police Department members, in connection with charges of 2nd degree Distribution and 3rd degree Possession of Child Sexual Abuse Materials.
Please provide max 5 non-duplicative BWC angles depicting:
1. Arrival & first contact at Vaughn's residence;
2. Execution of the court-authorized search warrant;
3. Seizure of electronic devices;
4. Arrest, escort, and departure from the scene.
