Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.

I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.

I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.

I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.

Records requested:

I am requesting the following in relation to the incident involving Jennifer Pinto (or Jennifer Novak) and her arrest:

1) Copies of any body-worn camera footage from responding officers

2) Copies of any MVR footage (dash cam footage, prisoner compartment footage, or any other vehicle camera footage) from the vehicle performing the prisoner transport from the scene to Sayreville Police Headquarters

3) Copies of any camera footage from the booking, processing, holding, and cell areas of Sayreville Police Headquarters depicting the above individual

4) Copy of the arrest report

5) Copies of all incident reports from responding officers

6) Copy of the Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) record of the incident, including all notes entered into same

6) Copies of all use of force reports from responding officers

7) Copies of any criminal complaints signed

8) Recordings of any phone calls (9-1-1 or non-emergency) reporting the incident or prompting the police response

9) Recordings of any police radio transmissions, including the initial dispatch of unit(s), arrival of all responding officers, any officer calling for backup, units advising the subject was under arrest, and advising of the prisoner transport to and arrival at Sayreville Police Headquarters
