Dear Allenhurst Borough,

I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.
I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.
I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.

To whom it may concern,
I am in receipt of your OPRA request for the BWC footage from all motor
vehicle stops made on 7/4/25. I looked into the motor vehicle stops that
day and there are a total of 18. In order for these videos to be released,
some redactions would be required. This would take a while to complete.
Is there something in particular you are looking for in these videos so
that we could reduce the amount of time spent doing this for videos you
would not require. An example would be any stops where a summons was
issued, arrest made, etc... Please let me know.
